Accounts
You must provide accurate information, choose the correct account type, protect your password, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Company accounts
A company account must be created by an authorized representative. The company name and tax registration number must be accurate and may be used on invoices, payment records, support requests, and service documentation.
Orders
An order is reviewed before work begins. Scope, delivery time, and any additional customization are confirmed separately when required.
Payments
Payments are accepted only through the methods displayed after order creation. Use the invoice number as the payment reference or note, then open a support ticket and attach payment proof. An order remains pending until payment is verified.
