1. Introduction: By using the V-Fixed application, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the application immediately.

2. Nature of the Application: V-Fixed is a digital platform for listing car maintenance centers and spare parts services. No transactions or direct bookings are conducted through the app.

3. Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and updated information. V-Fixed has the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate the terms. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.

4. Use of the Service: The app must not be used for fraudulent or misleading purposes. V-Fixed reserves the right to remove violating content without prior notice. Service providers must ensure their information accurately reflects their real services.

5. Modifications: These terms may be updated at any time, and users will be informed of major changes.

Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect: We collect basic information such as name, phone number, and email. We also request access to the user's location (with consent) and use usage data (such as activity within the app) to improve performance. Additionally, we request camera permission for QR code scanning, storage access to download evaluation PDFs, and access to the photo gallery through the system picker to allow users to upload images for their service center or create promotional posts.

2. How We Use the Data: To personalize search results based on location and interest. To improve the service and user experience. To send account alerts or custom content.

3. Data Protection: Data is stored on secure servers. We do not sell or rent your data. Data is only shared with legal authorities upon official request.

Rights & Responsibilities

1. Rights of Service Providers: Update and display their services. Receive ratings and feedback. Delete their account upon request.

2. Rights of Service Recipients: Browse listed centers and services for free. Provide honest feedback. Report misleading listings.

3. Responsibilities of Users: Maintain respectful interaction within the app. Do not publish false or offensive content. Use the app only for lawful and realistic purposes.

4. Responsibilities of V-Fixed: Provide a secure browsing environment. Review all listings and reports. Avoid involvement in external disputes.

Specialization Data

Service providers are required to provide accurate and complete specialization data, including:

• Clearly selecting all services actually provided by the center (e.g., oil change, AC repair, full inspection, etc.).
• Precisely selecting the car models and production years the center works on (e.g., Toyota Corolla 2015–2020).
• It is strictly prohibited to list services or vehicle types that are not actually offered.
• V-Fixed administration reviews all specialization data before account approval. Providing inaccurate data may lead to rejection or removal of the account.
